The Free Motion Foundation, together with the International Myopuncture Academy, organize training and licensing courses in the form of a continued professional development (CPD) qualification, by teaching a complex program on the most advanced and efficient systems in the Conservative Orthopaedic Sciences:

• MYOPUNCTURE - Orthopaedic Dry Needling Method 
• MYOPRESSURE – Manual Muscular Treatment Method 
• ARTHROPRAXIS - Medical Chiropractic Method 

The educational plan also includes preclinical modules of muscle anatomy, physiology of the neuromuscular apparatus and certain aspects of general pathology and clinics.

Therapists struggling daily with the treatment of severe motion disorders and persistent musculoskeletal pain should obtain this accessible training, which is significant for their professional development.

The courses are structured with well-organized and interactive curriculum, designed on accurate research and extensive clinical experience. This training model allows students to immediately put into practice said methods for the rapid recovery of their patients who suffer from motor deficiency, or are disabled by the lack of success from medicinal or surgical treatments.

Upon successful completion of the course, trained colleagues will return to their practices armed with critical clinical information and practical experience including:

• Applied functional and radiological anatomy and identification of key anatomical markers.
• The ability to assess orthopaedic and neurological anamnesis, and to perform functional tests, which will lead to more accurate diagnosis.
• Strategy to create a scientifically-based therapeutic program.
• Mastery in the application of soft tissue manual techniques, joint manipulation, dry needling, physical therapy and motion rehabilitation.

The courses are suitable for medical doctors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, osteopaths and other medical professionals with a solid biological, paramedical and/or clinical training, and a relevant educational background (bachelor, master, PhD).
